Black and White Glossy Anti-UV Plastic industry HDPE Sheet
High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) sheet is extremely strong against impact, abrasion-resistant, and exhibits a low coefficient of friction. The material is also moisture, stain, and odor-resistant, and is FDA approved for use in the food processing industry (mainly for cutting boards). The material's durability makes it a perfect match for a variety of applications such as water tanks, chute linings, bottle/bottle cap production, and numerous other industrial uses. Borated HDPE offers radiation protection in nuclear facility applications.
WHAT IS HDPE
HDPE is a thermoplastic made from petroleum. It is highly durable and will not splinter or rot. Its high tensile strength and corrosion resistance mean it can be used in a wide range of applications, including those that involve sharp items or highly corrosive materials. It resists absorbing harmful bacteria, and this means its exceptional for use in food service facilities where bacteria resistance is critical.HDPE is used to make bottles for fruit juice, milk, water, kitchen cleansing products and even furniture. It has been used in recent years for garden furniture as it resists the weather and can be cleaned very easily. It is lightweight which means furniture made from this material can be handled and transported very easily. It is an ideal material for the injection moulding process making it suitable for batch and continuous production.
