Round Solid UHMWPE Rod

Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene solid rod(UHMWPE) is extremely strong against impact, abrasion-resistant, and exhibits a low coefficient of friction.
Widely used in chemical machinery, anti-corrosion equipment gear making bad material and parts. Wear parts, transmission parts, home appliance parts, automotive parts, wire rod to prevent the machine parts, chemical machinery parts, chemical equipment, etc.It has the best performance, very tough, even at low temperatures, and high surface hardness, mechanical lower shock, and abrasion resistance. Combined with these characteristics and good insulation, and chemical properties, it has become common-level materials. It's widely used in a variety of mechanical structures and spare parts. Compared to PA,  it owns the higher hardness, rigidity, better resistance to wear and heat deflection temperature. Temperature resistance from -40°C to 110 °C.

UHMWPE Rod takes great advantage of it's low co-efficient of friction which means it will produce bearings, pulleys or bushes that are very free running.

Low friction and long lasting. UHMWPE Rod is also very abrasive resistant, this means that UHMWPE Rod can survive longer than other materials when used in high demand environments such as grit or gravel. 

UHMWPE Rod can often be used in high demand components in the food industry, this is because it has a very low moisture absorption that gives UHMWPE Rod an FDA approval and means that bearings etc will not expand due to any moisture absorption. Another reason that UHMWPE Rod is also used in the marine industry for pulleys is it's low friction and minimal moisture absorption.
