Polyethylene Dual Color HDPE Sheet, double colored HDPE playground board color cored plastic plate
HDPE is a high impact, high-density polyethylene sheet. It is ideally suited for the manufacture of chemical resistant products which come in direct contact with foodstuffs. Although colored HDPE has the same properties as traditional HDPE sheeting, HDPE color core is made by fusing different colored sheets together, making it an ideal plastic for engraving.
Colored HDPE meets food standards, giving way to a long list of applications it can be used for include signage, playground equipment, recreation, marine, and more. Because of the strength and ductility of HDPE sheet, HDPE Color Core will not warp, rot, delaminate, or stress crack. HDPE Color works great in outdoor applications

Xinxing carries all sizes of High Density Polyethylene sheet (color core HDPE palyground boards) and can cut to size or machine with CNC routers to any desired shape.
Each cut-to-size sheet can be customized in width and length, and we can also add holes, radius corners, and rounded or routed edge.
PROPERTIES
Rigidity and tensile strength of the HDPE resins are considerably higher than those of the low and medium density materials. Impact strength is slightly lower, as is to be expected in a stiffer material. Values remain high when compared to those of many other thermoplastic materials, especially at low temperatures.
