Brief Introduction



Outrigger Pads are used on Fire Trucks, Utility Trucks, Tree Trimmers, Recreation Vehicles (RV's), Concrete Pumps, Cranes and any type of Aerial Equipments.

Depending on the application, either UHMWPE(Ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene)or HDPE(high-density polyethylene) plastic material is used to manufacture outrigger pads. These two materials vary slightly in characteristic, but are both light in weight, perform well under heavy payloads, operate at temperatures in excess of 200 degrees Celsius, and have a low coefficient of friction with excellent impact strength.

On account of steel and aluminum pads are heavy, corrode, discolor,so they are difficult to replace and expensive to purchase and maintain. Nevertheless, our pads are virtually unbreakable, waterproof, won't rust, will work across a wide range of temperatures and are extremely easy to clean. 

These jack pads and outrigger pads can be made in a variety of sizes and thicknesses to handle the compressive loads for your application. 

Our standard color is various, featuring a rope handle for easy carrying, however we can do high visibility pads as well. 

With safety being a key factor in most construction environments, outrigger pads prevent crane and boom truck outriggers from slipping and sinking on unstable surfaces such as dirt or mud.
