High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) is an extruded or Mold-pressd polymer.  It offers high impact strength, abrasion resistance and a low coefficient of friction.  HDPE sheet is chemical and moisture resistant and has high tensile strength.  It is commonly used for applications that do not demand heavy duty wear resistance. HDPE sheet has a molecular weight that ranges from 100,000 to 500,000 and is commonly used for:

These sheets can be heat formed, shaped and welded to fabricate ducts, hoods, and much more. They have excellent corrosion resistance to a wide range of items.
