internal structure compared with the typical standard sinter press process and extrusion.
Assembly
PE dewatering elements for paper machines have a high level of thermal expansion. They must therefore be installed in such a way that enables the strips or covers to expand without restriction (T-bars, corner strips, dovetail guides, screws in elongated holes). The base frame support must have a grid of approx. 250 mm to ensure flawless functionality for our covers. This support must extend to the underside of the cover to ensure it has a flat installation surface. Xinxing plastic parts are made from ultra-high molecular weight (UHMW) polymer having a molecular weight of 5 million and greater. UHMEPE is a polyolefin resin of very high molecular weight (mass) usually between 2 and 6 million g/mol with extremely long chains produced by gel spinning (wet or dry methods). The longer chain serves to transfer load more effectively to the polymer backbone by strengthening intermolecular interactions. This results in a very tough material, with the highest impact strength of any thermoplastic presently made.
UHMWPE is odorless, tasteless, and nontoxic. It is highly resistant to corrosive chemicals except oxidizing acids, has extremely low moisture absorption (Hydrophobic), very low coefficient of friction, self-lubricating and highly resistant to abrasion, in some forms being 15 times more resistant to abrasion than carbon steel. Its coefficient of friction is significantly lower than that of nylon, and is comparable to that of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), but HDPE has better abrasion resistance than PTFE. HDPE material floats in water thus gaining another advantage over many other materials such as Polyester, Nylon, Aramids, LCP.
HDPEmaterial can be classed as a specialty engineering plastic. It is an indispensable product in world markets having an incomparable combination of abrasion resistance, surface lubricity and impact strength, combined with the excellent chemical properties of HDPE. It competes primarily with Polyacetal, Nylon, PTFE and, in fiber form, with Polyaramid, but it also has many markets that are uniquely its own.
UHMWPE ropes are increasingly replacing steel and conventional fibers in the shipping and offshore businesses of oil & gas, aquaculture, wind mills and cables and lately, experimentally, in ships' cranes. These high performance ropes are stronger than steel and ~1/8 of the weight of comparable steel wires.

UHMWPE dewatering suction box cover plate:
Dock bumpers can absorb 90-95% of the impact of a backing truck colliding with the dock. Bumpers protect against impact damage and against up-and-down movement of the truck bed during loading/unloading.
Since bumpers limit how close the truck is parked to the dock, they affect dock leveler lip, as well as the dock seal or the dock shelter protections.
Standard bumpers are 4 inches thick, but laminated bumpers are also available in 6 inches (thickness). The 4 inches bumper reduces the gap between the trailer floor and the dock face. Additional thickness may be required for recessed docks or special applications.

Screw conveyor trough liners enhance the performance and service life of a screw conveyor. Liners improve efficiency when conveying very free-flowing or fluidizing bulk materials on steep inclines by reducing the clearance between the screw and housing. Liners also provide a low friction surface to reduce adhesion when conveying sticky bulk materials. Trough liners also act as a bearing surface when intermediate hanger bearings are eliminated in conveyors using close-coupled and clocked or shaftless screws. Most commonly, trough liners provide a wear surface to increase the longevity of the trough or housing.
