UHMW PE is the ideal material for many wear parts in machinery and equipment, as well as a superb lining in material handling systems and storage containers. UHMW PE is self-lubricating, shatter-resistant, long-wearing, and abrasion and corrosion resistant.
We provide UHMWPE liner in various shapes and sizes. Also, they are available in different color such as Black, Grey, Natural, etc. However, we offer in UHMWPE liner customized designs with distinct specifications in colors and dimensions.
UHMWPE lining sheets assist to reduce typical flow problems of bulk solids in bins, hoppers, chutes, truck beds and other applications. However, every application, brings with it unique challenges and places special demands on the plastic lining material.
Our shaftless screw conveyor liner is made of UHMWPE material that over 5 million molecular weight, and it features of extremely wear resistant, impact resistant, oil proof, Hydrolysis resistance, abrasion resistant, self-lubrication, non-stick, even the temperature below -100 Celsius degree, it still keeps the features.

Screw Conveyor Trough Liners
Screw conveyor trough liners enhance the performance and service life of a screw conveyor. Liners improve efficiency when conveying very free-flowing or fluidizing bulk materials on steep inclines by reducing the clearance between the screw and housing. Liners also provide a low friction surface to reduce adhesion when conveying sticky bulk materials. Trough liners also act as a bearing surface when intermediate hanger bearings are eliminated in conveyors using close-coupled and clocked or shaftless screws. Most commonly, trough liners provide a wear surface to increase the longevity of the trough or housing.
